Dyslexic tales

Practice makes perfect

Today I put my tips into practice. I sat down with a book that has hit 15 000 words (which is my limit without a structured plan), and planned out the next chapter. And just that chapter.

It was strange but to begin with I felt like I was looking at the story though a really long telescope and the characters were trying to yell at me. Then I heard a small voice asking me what the protagonist was doing in the present (the chapter is mostly flashback).

The next thing I know I am scrawling notes and the chapter isn’t torturous at all.

It works. And the good news is that I think I can get the book done in record time because of it. πŸ™‚
